You can request deletion of your Gym Mickey account directly from the app, or by emailing us.
How to delete your account in the app
1. Open the Gym Mickey app. 2. Open Settings. 3. Select Delete account. 4. Confirm your request.
Request deletion by email
To request deletion of your Gym Mickey account and associated personal data, email us at [email protected] with the email address or phone number associated with your account and request account deletion. We will verify the request and process the deletion. Where historical records must be retained, they will no longer contain personal information identifying the deleted account.
What is deleted
When an account is deleted, all personal and account data is permanently deleted. Historical records that must be retained for accounting purposes may remain, but they are no longer associated with the deleted account and contain no personal information that can identify the user. Retained records remain only for the period necessary for applicable legal, accounting, or business requirements.
